Emergency Residence Project (ERP)

St. John's and other community groups in Ames provide evening meals for those at the Ames Emergency Residence Project shelter who do not have a permanent home. St. John's is responsible for delivering the evening dinner meal to the shelter once a month on a Wednesday throughout the year. The sign up sheet for the year hangs in the south entrance above the water fountain.  If you have any questions about this meals ministry to ERP, please contact Ruth or Clayton Swenson, founding members of ERP.  Beginning in January 2012, Bronwyn Frame took over from John Joiner as St. John's representative on the ERP board.

Attached are the instructions  for providing a meal - what to bring, when to bring and who to contact to know ahead of time and for how many you are cooking on any given Wednesday.
