Offering your time and talents to our parish community helps to maintain and enrich our congregation and in itself is an important form of stewardship. There are many ways to do this - whether it be participating in worship, hosting a coffee hour, being an Altar Guild member, working with the Christian Formation program, or joining an Outdoor Work Day to help keep our gardens waste and weed free. We wanted to thank you for all the loving generosity and support shown to the Chol family.
Here is an update on James Chol's Brother Elijah Chol, the Episcopal Priest in Africa.
Elijah had an MRI on 2/4/12 and went in for a consultation with his neurosurgeon in Nairobi. It was found that he had several lesions or wounds in his brain plus some bleeding and has suffered a stroke. He is also suffering seizures and is on medication for those seizures.
