Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities

  • Participation in Worship

    Weekly readers (contact Marrie Williams) and greeters/ushers (contact Don Anderson) are always needed.

  • Outdoor Work Days
  • EYC Sunday Evening Meals

    Volunteers are needed throughout the academic year to help provide meals for the EYC Sunday evening gatherings.  Please call Diane Bjorklund (233-4715 or email DianeBjorklund@mchsi.com if you can help with this important ministry.

  • Food At First

    St. John's cooks and serves this community meal (food is provided) the fourth Saturday of every month - at the First Methodist Church (516 Kellogg across from the main post office). Enter through the south door and come down the stairs to the left to reach the Fellowship Hall. We set up at 10:30 and usually finish by 1PM. Please come and help out with this important community service. Their is a sign up sheet in the parish hall. If you have questions, contact Ed Gillott (edg813@gmail.com).  Volunteers are always needed.
